Head Teacher’s Full Message

From myself and the staff, a warm welcome to All Saints’ Catholic School’s website.

We are situated in the beautiful village of Lanchester in North-West Durham. Our unique school was built in 1905 and we are very proud of our history and traditions. An Edwardian building on the outside houses a modern, interactive interior, designed for the needs of our pupils.

Here at All Saints’, we aim to provide a safe, encouraging and nurturing environment to ensure all children and staff are given the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our goal is for each child to develop spiritually, intellectually, physically, emotionally and creatively whilst in our care.

Holding Jesus at our centre, we embed the Gospel Values of trust, respect, fairness and love. The staff here encourage all of our children to recognise that each and every one of us is special, with our own gifts and talents that we should use to help others, not only in our school, but in our families, local community and the wider world.

We hope that you find our website an interesting and useful resource.  However, if you require any further information, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me or the school office and of course, visits are welcome!

Mrs. Frances Stephenson
