House Captains

Our House Captains lead and encourage all of the children in their groups. Each week, house points are collected and at the end of each half term, the winning team is announced. Pupils receive house points for: showing respect and good manners; working hard; being kind and helpful; and trying their best.

House Captains 2021 – 22

Ellen & Matthew: St. Bede

Millie & Harry B.: St. Aidan

Felix & Isobel: St. Hilde

Mark & Molly: St. Cuthbert

Well done to our elected House Captains and to all of our other candidates who gave speeches. We are so proud of all of the children. Here you can see an overview of some of the statements made by our Year Six pupils in their individual speeches:

Our House Values

Following our whole school visit to Durham Cathedral to learn more about the Northern Saints, we have allocated each house a value based upon the life and work of their saint. Introducing our new house values:

St. Aidan – All Saints’ House of Perseverance

St. Hilde – All Saints’ House of Peace

St. Cuthbert – All Saints’ House of Wisdom

St. Bede – All Saints’ House of Learning

This was our Lenten Challenge (2021) that linked to our Northern Saints!

Lent 2021 – Northern Saints Pilgrimage
